Private Dining Policies & Procedures

DINING CAPACITIES

All bookings during regular hours of operation are to be coordinated directly with the Director of Restaurants. The booking confirmation and contracts will be issued to groups of 8 or more. Groups of less than 8 will received a booking confirmation via Open Table. The event details will be completed by the Director of Restaurants.

 

South Room:                                      10ppl (w/o audio/visual equipment)

North Room:                                      10ppl (w/o audio/visual equipment)

Combined:                                          20ppl (with audio/visual equipment)

FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS

All food & beverage minimums are based on a 4-hour event during the specific meal period. Any events overlapping meal periods will be charged the Food & Beverage minimum of each period.

Brunch/Lunch (any event ending before 3:30pm)

One Room:

Sunday – Thursday:         $200
Friday – Saturday:            $400
Packers Home Game Weekend (day before and game day):          $500

Combined Rooms:

Sunday – Thursday:         $500
Friday – Saturday:            $800
Packers Home Game Weekend (day before and game day):          $1200

Dinner (any event after 4:30pm)

One Room:

Sunday – Thursday:         $350
Friday – Saturday:            $500
Packers Home Game Weekend (day before and game day):          $750

Combined Rooms:

Sunday – Thursday:         $750
Friday – Saturday:            $1100
Packers Home Game Weekend (day before and game day):          $2000

CANCELLATION POLICY

All event cancellations within 7 days will be charged the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Food and Beverage minimum, plus applicable taxes.

 

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

All food and beverages served at functions associated with the Event must be purchased, prepared, and served by Hotel, and must be consumed on Hotel premises.

 

TECHNICAL SERVICES

PSAV is Hotel Northlands preferred provider for audio/visual needs.  Because the use of another provider will necessarily involve the use of some of Hotel’s and PSAV’s equipment and expertise, a fee will be charged if client selects such a provider. Any equipment rental is not included in the Food & Beverage minimum.
